T25 vs Body Revolution - Opinions Please?

I have lost about 50 pounds and still have about 10 (or so) pounds to go before I hit my goal weight. While I do some basic cardio in addition to a fairly active job, I definitely don't do as much exercise as I should. I really want to rev up my exercise routine to give me the boost I need to lose the last of this weight. I also feel that increasing my exercise will also help me to tone up and improve my midsection which is my biggest problem area (specifically my stomach / love handles).
I currently have Shaun T's T25 and Jillian Michael's Body Revolution programs. Considering I am pretty much an exercise novice, which program do you think I should start with?
I have tried bits of both programs but never followed through with either. I know that people achieve pretty great results from both programs and I really want to pick one and stick with it consistently.
I am leaning toward T25 because I feel it targets my biggest problem areas. However, my concern is that it is much to advanced for me as I will be going from doing basic cardio to something much more advanced. At the same time I feel like I could achieve better results with T25 rather than Body Revolution.
Which program do you think I should start with? I am also open to any other opinions for exercise programs that may be better suited for me. I am open to all suggestions.
I am a 23 year old guy that is 5'10 and 170 pounds.
Thank you!!

I don't know anything about Body Revolution, but I think T25 is a good starter program. Alpha phase is not too intense at all and I think any novice can start with it.
It is my first fitness program and after doing a few Alpha/Beta here and there with the wife I skipped straight to Gamma and after 4 weeks I can do them pretty much all the way through.0 -
I also don't know anything about Body Revolution, but T25 is great! I lost most of my weight with that program and it's a great routine. It does a good job of easing you in and can push you really hard when you build up to it.0

If those are the only options, I would suggest body revolution. There is actually resistance based training, which will provide a greater impact to your body composition (aka helps maintain lean body mass). T25 is mostly cardio/HIIT until you buy Gamma. Honestly, more weight training/resistance training = better at this point. If you want abs, you need muscle.0

I don't know about Body Revolution but I've tried T25 and thought it was great. Short workouts, intense (you feel it) but you can do the modified versions to keep up at the beginning. I personally think its easier to work hard for 25 min, then to find the time for a longer but easier workout.0
