GOING OVER MY PROTEIN INTAKE.

Does anyone else have this issue?? im not super strict on my protein intake (always lean though) does it matter if i go over by say 40 -60 if everything else is still under?

    You need to get your fat for the day as well. Fat is important for hormones, bone, teeth, hair, skin,. . . . . .
    Eat some carbs too-- like beans.

    MFP sets protein really low, dont worry if you go over.

    Treat protein and fat as minimums and carbs as a maximum, but don't go to extremes with this and cut carbs so low that you lose energy. Some people are more sensitive to this than others.
