Exercises with wrist injury

I have what I believe is arthritis in my right wrist. The Dr can't really figure out what's going on, but that's the best diagnosis he can come up with so far.
The problem is that I can't put any weight on my wrist. It's hard to do dumbell exercises, but I can get through them. However, anything that requires me supporting myself with my wrist, like pushups and certain yoga positions for example, hurt like hell. I have to keep the wrist straight, so I've tried them up on my fists but that's just uncomfortable.
Any advice on how to modify exercises so I can do them with this problem?
