Please Help Me!

This week, I partnered with a co-worker and together we decide to make a

difference in 2011. I lost 75lbs but gained 30 back. After I reached my goal weight,

I stopped tracking. I have to learn to accept this as a life style changing, not a daily

diet plan. In 2011, I'm going to drop that 30lbs, I am married to my wonderful

husband for almost 15 years but never once meet his parents (they live in another country).

We plan to take the kids with in the next 2 years to meet the in-laws, I want to show

them their son married to a wonder person, she is healthy. So everyone, please

help me.

    You can so do this! You've done it before so you're one step ahead of the game. Now you know what NOT TO DO. :smile: It will be fun, too, doing it with friend...nothing like moral support to pick each other up when you fall! Best of luck to you!

    I am starting a group called "NO EXCUSES JANUARY, LOSE 10+ LBS" and you are more than welcome to join. I started a group in December and our group has lost 85 pounds combined so far. And I want the next month to be the same.
