This is very random but I have had IBS my entire life and I finally found a physician who puts forth time to work with me. Well with my IBS sometimes it is very hard to complete my runs until I she prescribed me to Bentyls and now I am happy those things work like magic .:) Anyways just thought I would share a tidbit and see if anyone else has had these issues?

Me me me me me. I haven't been diagnosed with IBS by a doctor, but I think I have it.
And after running is the worst...(like right now!)
Thanks for the tip... I'll go to my doctor and ask about it!0 -

Oh yes, I know that feeling very well. What it does she said it stops the abdominal muscle contractions and calms them down. It seems to have been very effective! Good luck! I also have a gastrointestinal doctor and it took a lot of time excluding other things before they diagnosed me with it.0 -
I think it is referred to as runner's trots...I don't have IBS but a very hard run will make my insides feel a little funky, guaranteed....:)0
