OVER 300 JUST STARTED & NOT READY TO SHARE PIC, JOIN

I have looks over some of the groups, and I Could not not find one that fit. I have not started exercising because my body hurt. I am currently counting my calories as the first step to this weight loss venture. I am not comfortable with posting pictures of myself or even how much I weigh. I went to join a group, but many of the members are many pounds lighter than me. I would like to create a group for people like myself who have to take a pain killer just to walk. For those of us who can hardly walk a half of a block without being extremely out of energy and breath. Those of us who have been overweight most of our lives and are finally fed up and really want to see the body that they have never seen before. THE RULES ARE SIMPLE.
1). JOIN GROUP WITH A SIMPLE "HELLO EVERYONE I AM READY"
2). TELL HOW MUCH YOU WOULD LIKE TO LOSE
3). SHARE A EXERCISE EVERYDAY EVEN IF IT IS DOING THE DISHES, OR ARM LIFTS WHILE LYING IN THE BED
4). WEIGH IN EVERY MONTH BETWEEN THE 7TH AND THE 10TH AND POST AMOUNT LOST OR JUST SAY "I'M HANGING IN THERE"
5). GIVE ENCOURAGEMENT TO ALL OR AS MANY AS YOU WISH
6). POST THAT PIC FOR THE WORLD TO SEE WHEN YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH YOU.
