Morning runners- water bloat?

I run first thing in the morning, before breakfast. However I always seem to wake up feeling dehydrated no matter what I eat the day before, how I sleep etc., so I'm in the habit of having a lot of water before I go. And then I've barely made it 20 steps out of the house when I feel super bloated. When I have less, I feel dehydrated when I run and it's much harder. I prefer not to take water with me to sip because I find it awkward with switching between apps on my phone...plus I'm only out for 45 minutes max and it's not that hot here. Anyone else have this problem?

Personally I try to have a large drink of water an hour before a run, topping up with a small amount about 20 mins before I go.
I would suggest having a glass of water next to the bed that you drink as soon as you wake up (or in the night if you awaken briefly). This will give your body some time to process it whilst you are getting ready for your run, which with the best will in the world will surely take a good half hour or more, no?
If you are severely dehydrated in the mornings I'd suggest looking at your evening water intake and also for anything you consume with a diuretic effect such as caffeine.0
