Hi im a newbie to calorie counting. I've been using the app for a while for other diets. But I've decided to try cc after a bit of yoyoing and unlimited portions on slimming world.

I need to average 1.75lbs until my wedding in march to reach my target. So mfp suggests 1200 cals. I'm keen to start exercising and yesterday my first day I went to Zumba. I never ate these calories back though.

Does anyone have success stories. Can I really expect to loose 2lbs a week if I stick to the 1200?!?

I'm not convinced and I don't know why!?!?

Any advice would be great. Thanks.
