How to count calories, fats, etc. with foods without labels

Options
Certain foods (fruits, eggs, bulk nuts, etc) don't come with a label which makes it impossible to count calories; any suggestions?

Entered them in the mfp data base (foood diary), and the nutritional information will be listed.

Search the database, and get a food scale. Somethings are by size or amount, some by weight and some by measuring spoon or cup sizes. Most generic foods are in there to give you a rough guideline and if not, you can probably research it online to find the data to enter.
