Hi everyone!
I started doing barre class's about 6 months ago. I've lost over 20 lbs with a combo if barre and running. I am definitely much, much happier with the way I look and feel.... But like any girl, I've always dreamt of having a hard body! Right now I am thin with more muscle tone than before but definitely not strong looking by any means.
To any barre or pilates veterans- is it possible to slim down and really tone up with barre alone? Or do I need to add serious cardio back on? Keep in mind im a pear shape. Any suggestions for best ways to tone down my thighs in all of this?
Thanks!!
