Hello once again :)
I'm currently doin' the P90 (Power 90) workout...I was just wonderin' if there's a SUPPLEMENTS, I should be takin '...The only reason I ask this...is cause my Husband ask if I should be takin' 'Creatin' - cause when he did P90X he was takin' some supplements...

    I've heard so much talk about this P90 workout. Do you like it and is it as effective as people hype it up to be? I never heard of any supplements with it though.
