1100 Days of logging

I've been logging my food for 1100 days non-stop and looking back at my diary I see the change in my eating habits. I find myself making better decisions when eating out, family events and even cookouts. Logging my food has literally become part of my daily routine. I encourage all that are using MFP to stick with tracking your food, use it as a tool to look for needed change. I do have “cheat” days but I still manage to keep on track. This tool has worked for me and I know it will work for others as long as they stick with it.
