Strong - but no muscle endurance - how to increase?

I've been doing aerial silks and pole dancing for about 5 months now - and I LOVE it - I've noticed huge increased in my upper body and core strength - obviously, as I'm constantly lifting my own body weight.

However I've recently begun to work on a couple of routines and I've snagged an issue. In classes we tend to share a pole or fabric between 2 or 3 so we tend to do a move, then swap, rather than work non stop for a long period of time. I started working on my silks routine a while ago, and my god I'm struggling. After about 3 moves my arms feel like death and I have to stop as I know I just don't have the strength left to keep myself up there.

I don't really do any strength training apart from this - I train 3 times a week in classes and have my own silks, and my pole arrived today. How much I use my silks at home varies on weather as its rigged up outside and I don't like them getting wet.

So is this just a case of practising combining moves or is there anything else I can do to improve my endurance? Any idea on how long it will take?

Practicing endurance will probably be a must from you and come from a few things.
    1. Increase lactate threshold.
    2. Increase VO2 Max and aerobic capability.
    3. Increase muscular endurance.

1 and 2 come from things like running sprints, HIIT style workouts, or in my face I do a lot of that between swimming and my lifting. I don't do rest breaks during 2 of my workout sessions each week. It becomes a grind, and it's increasing all three of those items at once.

At the end it's like climbing though. Want to climb harder and faster? Then climb harder and faster. You can gain the ability to do it by doing it.
