what style of working out do you prefer?

Over the years i've tried several styles of workouts, and what i mean is either training one bodypart per session, all push movements, pull movements, push/pull, etc.....but as i get older and i find out more about what's good for my body; i've come to realize that a full body workout is ideal for me. I'm able to get in, hit it hard and not tax my body too much before the next workout. Also i try to stick to compound exercises and only do one exercise per bodypart depending on the exercise i'm doing. I'd love to hear feedback from you all about how you workout and what works for you.

I've been doing strong lifts for a few weeks now and I'm loving it. Only 3 exercises per workout and 3 times per week which for me is great.0

I have been doing Stronglifts 5x5 for about 2 months now and am seeing a difference. I have added the Ice Cream Edition to that for the last month and am seeing even more of a difference0

Yeah, stronglifts sounds like it would work for you.
For me I have an upper half and lower half split. I couldn't effectively train full body in one session the way I do my upper or lower half. Intensity is just too much.0
