                    Hi everybody :
I finished the first month of Insanity and now I am in the recovery week. I have not experimented any weight loss ( still I have 115 pounds), but I have won lots of endurance and I guess I am gaining muscles in my body, because I can feel them each time I do exercises.Still I have fat to lose in my tights and butt. I am considering repeat the first month of Insanity before go to the second part, because still I sweat like a crazy in each workout and I have to take extra breaks each time I do Pure Cardio. I have heard that month 2 is very hard , but also some people said in that month is where they achieve better results.
Can you give me and advice about what to do ?
Thanks for all

Do the program as it is written.
 Month1
 Recovery
 Month 2
Month 1 is more focused on increasing your cardio and endurance to be able to complete the month 2 workouts. You'll see more changes in month 2 because of the intensity. If you repeat month one, nothing will change and you will burn out.
I always found pure cardio to be the hardest workout of the entire program.0
