Breakfast

Need some ideas for a good breakfast to lose weight! Thanks in advance!!!

    You can eat whatever you want as long as it fits in your daily calorie/macro goal. I'm hungry in the morning so I can get in up to 700 cal before lunch. Usually a protein bar, a banana and some eggs and toast (sometimes a muffin or pop tarts).

    Whatever you want to eat or even nothing at all. No one meal is all that "important" when it comes to weight loss.
