Butt and back of thigh toning exercises!

So I've been particularly measuring the changes in my thigh size since I started my fitness journey and I have hit a bit of a brick wall in regard to meeting my fit-thigh goal... Whilst my inner thighs are relatively toned I've noticed that its the back of my thighs and bottom of my butt which seems to be the issue point. I can barely move the 'fat' in between my legs, but on the backs I can move allot which is what I think is keeping me away from my final goal. Can anyone recommend any exercises which will help tone and lose fat on the backs of my thighs/bottom of my butt? :blushing:

You can't spot-reduce. Work your leg and butt muscle with squats and lunges. Eat at a deficit to reduce your weight and body fat. That's all you can really do. Might I also suggest strength training. You'll maintain what muscles you have, which is a good thing.0

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce. Losing weight will have you losing fat where your body want to. This is largely hereditary.
Strength training is great for keeping lean muscle and firming everything up. Squats, dead lifts, lunges, etc.

:flowerforyou: Agreed, you can't spot reduce. For me, thighs and Tummy was the last to see any sort of progress. It takes time and patience. I would definitely add squats, weighted bridges, donkey kicks and fire hydrant lifts. Also weighted walking lunges, and reverse lunges. Your bootay will thank you Good luck0
