Another newbie to the site

I have never been a calorie counter, but thought I would give this a shot. So far a week under caloric intake and exercise 4/5 days and have lost nothing :( a little disappointed, but my kids tell me that I am probably gaining muscle- one can hope!

    How far under your intake, what kind of exercise are the usual questions I have. Are you drinking plenty of water (it does help) What type of foods do you eat and are you spacing them out. I find I do better with about 6 small meals a day. If you wanna talk, look me up.

    Don't give up the fight. I have been stuck on the same for over a week now but sometimes these things happen.
