Hello,
I've received mixed answers when asking fitness friends this question so I'm posting it here to see what you all have to say.
Is it best to stick with a certain strength routine that I do daily or is it better to have certain days where I focus on a grouping of muscles?
Thanks!

Depends on your goals.
If you're a total noob though, find a program and adhere to it.
Stronglifts, Starting Strength, NROLFW
Something like that, find it, review it, do it. Save custom stuff for much later.0 -
You should absolutely change your workout every day. You should have at least one day between each muscle group. If you only want to work your upper body one day and lower the next that is fine but the more variety the better. If you dont change it up your body will adapt an your progress will stop which can be very disheartening.0
