Looking for support from MI Survivors that have adopted a heart healthy lifestyle. I've just started over with MFP 37 days ago out of necessity to track my cholesterol, calories, sodium. So far, so good. Not really here to discuss medical issues unless they relate to changing your lifestyle and dietary changes.
As a mother of two children, I've spent a lot of time while recuperating from 2 heart attacks in July 2014, figuring out what is important to me. The ability to see my children grow up into adults and have lives of their own is high on the list. However, just because I need to change my eating habits doesn't mean that my teenagers want to adapt theirs, so I continue to make two sets of meals. Does anyone else have this problem?
I'd be so grateful for any encouragement from y'all
