What type of exercise Video do you like

Wanted to get some opinions on something. Do you guys prefer the typical type of exercise videos where you watch someone doing the exercises and you exercise along with them the entire time?

Or do you prefer just to be shown each exercise, and then you do them on your own. In other words, each exercise is demonstrated to you and then you are told how many of those to do, then you are shown the next exercise etc. Eventually you learn the moves yourself and you only follow the number of times (reps) to do each exercise. This way you are not watching someone, rather you are following a program. The advantage here is that you are left free to do something else while you work out, such as listen to music, watch tv, listen to an audio book, talk on the phone or whatever. Furthermore you can customize the workout the way you want it if you want to. Tks

I have to have someone to follow or I get bored. I like DVDs that involve "combinations" where you layer various exercises together by memory because it keeps my mind busy, rather than someone just saying, "Now let's do 30 burpees!"
