What would you have to eat in a day to maintain your weight?

I'm interested in knowing people's heights/weights and what it would take to maintain that weight (e.g X for breakfast, X for lunch, X for dinner with X snacks and then around how many calories that would be)

thanks

I'm 5'3.5"120 lbs and have been maintaining my weight on 2350ish ccalories. Spacing of said calories are sporadic. I tend to eat the most in the evenings though

It's really going to depend on activity levels.

    I'm 5'3", 118 lbs.

Maintenance at sedentary, no exercise is around 1600 cals for me, a little higher than the Scooby calculator gives me.

But, I do a 4-day weight lifting split, and have started half-marathon training. Last week I ran 24 mi (total). Plus, I walk my dog for a couple of miles at least most days. Maintenance with that level of activity should be at least 2100-2200 cals (I don't know for sure, am still cutting at 1500-1700 cals).

I eat almost all of my calories from breakfast to lunch. I think it's the running. Makes me really hungry and just will not settle down until I've eaten around 800-900 cals. Then I need a 200 cal snack mid-afternoon and I'm usually fine for a light dinner and a 200-300 cal dessert or savory late night snack.
  • I'm 5'6" in height, ~115 lbs in weight and have been maintaining for quite awhile with the following.

Calories: 1900 - 2000 calories total (not net).
    Macros: 80/10/10 carbs/proteins/lipids
Diet: High carb, high raw vegan
Exercise: 30 - 45 minutes of cardio 5 or so days a week. Also use my bike to commute to work and school.

My "meals" are pretty evenly split. ~600 before noon, ~600 until dinner, ~600 for dinner. The only real meal I have is dinner though, the rest is kinda constant snacking on fruit or many mini meals.
