What Am I Doing Wrong???

Help! I have been at this since July and the scale has barely budged. I have (I think) a pretty good handle on what eating well is. There are times, of course, that opportunities present themselves (ie dinner at someone else's house) where I have to go with the flow, but I think I am generally eating and exercising well...but the scale doesn't agree.I shudder to think what I would be without the 161,522 steps in the last 25 days! I am female, 51 years old, 5'6" tall and currently about 203 lbs.
My clothes are not fitting any differently and I am not on any medication, with the exception of a thyroid med that my Dr started me on at the same time I started back on MFP. As a side note, the pharmacist mentioned that he has never seen anyone on such a low dose of Synthroid. Anyway, not looking for a fast answer in a pill, but I have noticed that the spikes in my weight (on the chart) seem to correspond with the days I forget to take the med!
I have a Striiv that I am pretty faithful of using..looking at it right now, it is showing my average daily activity is 148 mins, average daily steps is 6685, average daily stairs is 95, average daily miles is 2.8 and average daily calories burned is 813. These numbers are based on the last 30 days.
I have opened up my logs and would like to hear your feedback on what I am doing wrong? (The missing days info and the really low days represent days I left home and headed to the cottage with no internet so missed those logs - just wanted to let you know those days with really low calories were most likely only breakfast/lunch or some portion thereof, not that I only ate that much that particular day!). I do have to get my water count up!
I know I should be doing weights but I thought I could kick-start my weightloss by eating the right number of calories and walking. Obviously something is wrong.
I notice that the sugar levels are sometimes high, but that sugar is from fruit. I notice perhaps the carbs are sometimes high, but this is my "real world" eating. I am honestly recording everything I eat. There are no hidden goodies, sweets etc that haven't been logged. Actually, I really would have liked a few more glasses of wine, but didn't want to have to log them so I abstained....hoping you can help pinpoint the problem (my Pinot Grigio and I thank you! :drinker: )

you have some healthy habits, but I see you made not one single mention of calories consumed daily. Are you tracking what you are eating? Even if you are eating healthy foods you may still be eating too much, and that's why you aren't losing. Log everything, and weight all your food in grams with a scale.0

If you don't already have one, get a scale and weigh EVERYTHING. Measuring cups/spoons are not accurate enough, and from your log it appears that it what you are using.
It's true what people here say that if you don't weigh your food, you're eating more than you think.0
