What do you do on days you wake up, the morning after your workout and you feel like you got hit by a truck ?

First the bathroom... then half an hour in the hot tub, soaking the pain away and soothing my muscles and joints. After that I'm good to go.0

Feel the pain and do it anyway! Not a lot more to it than that!0

Do a flexibility stretch video, then rest a bit before attempting to work out...
Make sure you stretch before (dynamic stretching) and after (static stretching) your workouts, it helps A LOT.0 -
yoga warm up stretches, & sun salutations (slowly) help me when I get DOMS, but the second day is always worse than the first. Until you start moving that is0

Tiger Balm works wonders on sore muscles- but I find if I stretch really well too, and drink a lot of water those also help. I personally love being sore- it keeps me focused on the hard work done0

A little DOMS has never killed my optimism0
