Calculating LBM

So I'm 10lbs away from my original fat loss goal and am starting to think about doing some weight training this winter (StrongLifts 5x5 most likely). I've read all over that if trying to gain muscle mass you want to be eating 1g protein for every 1lb of lean body mass (LBM). Ok, but what I can't find is how to calculate what my LBM is.
I found a few quick calculates only based on height and weight alone (I'm 210 and 6') and get numbers like 154, but MFP has me set to 85g protein per day. Is this right? Is MFP wrong? Are there better ways to calculate my LBM (by measuring or something)? Help!
