how do you figure out calories burned on work

today I spent 5 hours spreading mulch out in flower beds, playgrounds, etc. I had someone shovel it and dump it in the areas and I spread it out with rake.
sometimes I paint apartments.
later this week I will be powerwashing breezeways.
how on earth do I figure out calories burned for that stuff
