Vicky,
I have body fortress super advanced strawberry, that I bought a while back. It has creatine in it which is great for strength and muscle size, but it works by making your muscles hold more water. Creatine always made me gain weight. I didn't realize it was in there until I read the ingredients the other day, and it's probably the reason I haven't lost any weight since I started lifting again. Pure creatine powder is great for getting big and strong, but right now I want to lose. I don't know how much creatine is in body fortress, I think it's mostly whey protein which also helps with DOMS if you take it right after a workout. If you stop losing weight on it, it's probably the creatine.
Hope this helps you,

Thanks so much Steve,
I am looking for a high protein low calorie drink but I definitely don't want to gain weight. I don't have as many options available here and at $236.00 per 31 oz container it is one of the cheaper ones. Humm I would hate to open and try it and it does not work and waste that $.0 -
OP: are you looking for something specific that Body fortress does? or are you just looking for a protein powder?
Steve gave some great insight into BF powder, which if you're trying to lose, seems like it wouldn't be a good fit. If you just need a protein powder, I use two from amazon. The first one is a whey protein: Eidopro Unflavored protein powder - 23g protein, 0 sugar. The second one is a plant based protein: Nutiva Hemp Protein Powder - 15g protein, 1g sugar. It doesn't really have a taste either. I use them for my smoothies. Idk how they taste alone.

I just would like to chime in and say, please don't buy Body Fortress protein, or any other protein with Creatine or any other aminos listed in the ingredients. They are spiked and falsely report their protein content. I'd explain further, but I don't have much time right now, so instead, here's a video explaining: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ND63lvBanmk0

I did awhile back. While this formula/brand is by far
my favorite from about 5 I've tried, that flavor was
yuck to me.I like the vanilla creme or the chocolate
only.
[edited] ^ Just read the replies, Idk if my 2 flavors have issue
but it hasn't seemed to hinder my losses ever.0
