maple bacon-wrapped chicken

the glaze is:
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
reduce glaze on stovetop. cook chicken (any method - stovetop, baked, grilled) until almost done (internal temp 150-155ish). wrap with bacon and place in a baking dish. broil on each side a few minutes until baon is crispy (or desired doneness). pour half the glaze on the chicken and broil for 5 minutes or until caramelized and sticky. use rest of glaze to dip.
