So I tried that machine at the gym...it's very strange...kinda like the stair treadmill...but not....Very weird sensation. I did notice we have spin classes at the gym. I have to by a group workout pass but I may try that soon. When the gym opens back up for the new year.0 -

Hi, I'm ready to start the challenge next week when the kiddos go back to school and life gets back to normal. YAY! How about some form of strength-either amount of time lifting, number of lunges/pushups, something along those lines? Or amount of time doing cardio?0
