Hey everyone just wondered how many calories everyone is on. I am doing 1500 daily this is my first week .

1420 for me. taking off 1.5 to 2 lbs a week I also feel amazing, I have parted with over 50 lbs and it is wonderful!0

Have been on 1500 for a long time; now 1550 as slowly approaching maintenance. I'm female, 44, 5'3, lightly active.0

1200- Last 5lb to get to 143lb for my 5'3 height. I will probably lose more weight down the line, not too much, but just so I'm content enough. A lot of people say do half a lb a week when you have the last 5lb, but I've got a birthday coming up and I just want to try and see what happens when I eat at 1200 for awhile.0
