How do I track this exercise?

I have recently started doing Jillian Michael's Ultimatum 2011. I have been counting it at Aerobic, General. Is that right?? Or should I be recording it as something else?? Any ideas?

    I would record it as high impact aerobics.

    I would love to help, but if it means coordinating my feet I am lost. Lucky I can handle the treadmill or the elliptical. Good luck!
