9 week Challenge starting tomorrow 12-20-10 Week 1

If you are up for a challenge. We need about 20 people to start the challenge with us on TOMORROW. I will only be able to add 20 people to the weekly chart which means the 1st 20 to respond and accept me as a friend is IN. We need each other to get through the tough times. Nothing makes me more motivated than to see others that are losing as well. Just post the following:
1.Beginning Weight
2.Target Weight.

I'll post the updated weigh in chart every Monday evening! Good Luck and lets keep each other motivated.
Week 1 12/20
Week 2 12/27
Week 3 1/3
Week 4 1/10
Week 5 1/17
Week 6 1/24
Week 7 1/31

    I'm totally in! I have not weighed myself for a few weeks so I don't know my weight at the moment. I will weigh myself first thing in the morning and give it to you, but until then let's use my last weigh in.

    Starting Weight: 227
    Target Weight: 207

    Once I weigh myself and get a more accurate number this may change I hope that is ok!

    I don't know if we will we using this thread or starting a different one for the actual challenge. I weighed in this morning and was 153.4 lbs! I didn't lose any weight last weigh in on Monday, but today shows a 2 pound loss! Yay! Maybe I will change my end of challenge goal to 143 lbs instead of 145. I think the timing of this challenge is great-it gets us through the holiday season!

    Ok, I'm very motivated to go work out this morning. Good luck to everyone in this challenge, getting in our 30 minutes of cardio.

  • I sent Ty my weigh-in and I'll post it here... I somewhat expected this but I'll use the frustration as motivation... I'm up 3 lbs from my last weigh-in:

    12/20 Weigh-in: 233.2
    Challenge goal: 210
