I made tuna burgers tonight, and I thought they were very good. The nutritional info below only contains the ingrediants that I actually used below, but I cannot imagine the other ingredients would change the info by much. I could only make three decent sized patties out of the mixture but I suppose a few more could be made if small. If anyone is interested....

2 eggs
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (I left this out, didn't have any)
1 tablespoon horseradish (I used 1 tsp since it can be strong)
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pinch of salt
12 ounces canned, water packed tuna (two cans)
2 green onions, chopped (left this out)
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (I don't have the original bottle but I am pretty sure my oil is olive oil)
whole wheat hamburger buns (not included in the nutritional info)
alfalfa sprouts

In bowl, lightly beat eggs, mix in bread crumbs, dill, horseradish, mustard, pepper and salt

Drain tuna, mix into bowl along with onions and celery; shape into half inch thick patties

In non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat, cook patties, turning once, for 10 minutes or until golden brown and set.

Place burgers in buns, garnish with sprouts and preferred condiments.
