New Mom New Body

I had my precious baby girl Amelia 14 days ago and now I'm ready to not only shed the baby weight but even more! It'll be slow going for 4 more weeks until I get the okay to start working out, but I am starting walking and light yoga today! Also going to start watching what I'm eating starting today! I'd love any motivational friends!

    Congratulations :)

    Take it easy though and don't set yourself any massive targets you'd feel disappointed at not meeting. The first few months are so changeable with regards to sleeping and hormones you can feel up in the air one minute and wanting to stab someone with a spoon the next.
