Did you notice that your weight goes up a bit RIGHT BEFORE, and then goes down slightly RIGHT AFTER your periods (reds) ? :huh:

Or maybe its just me... Or just a coincidence ? :S

    YES, I always gain 2-4lbs usually a few days before my period, and it goes back down a day or two after over.

    Yes, all the time and the stomach gets extra bloated as well.

    Yepper, no matter how hard I try, for me it can be up 5-10 lbs. Gotta love being a lady!:wink:

    My weight always goes up the week before I get my period, but that's because I tend to binge around that time every month.

    Yes, and this is why I don't weigh in until AFTER. Don't need to see an 8lb (Yes...8lb) gain when I'm already slightly emotionally compromised.

    Yes. Since you are going to be losing a lot of... well blood (tmi?) your body retains A LOT of water. Another reason being bloated happens.
