New on the IP Diet

I just started yesterday, and need to lose 50+ pounds. I am looking forward to finally making some positive changes in regards to food. Will be turning 50 next year and want to weigh less than I did when I turned 40. (The 40's were not my friend) lol. Anyway, I am excited and hoping to find some friends with the same goals to get back in shape. I never was one to work out or diet as I never really had any issues up until well, my 40's. Hormones, not enough exercise, coupled with my love of chocolate and wine. Anyhow, would love some feedback as what to expect. Went and got all my veggies, my food for the week from IP, and the massive amount of supplements that I need to take. (It's like a meal in itself).
