the original buns of steel with greg smithey

I have been doing this (was vhs tape) since the 1990's. This is the best "buns of steel" exercise movements ever! "I think anyways" Its all floor exercises for the "buns" part, wich I love............I tried the step, but I did not like it as much at all. Plus you get great results fast! and its not as hard as the step at all. It only focuses on one area " your glutes".
