Down 1.6lb after 2 days Clean Eating! I've been following the Whole30 program....no grains, beans, sugar, processed foods, alcohol since September 1. So far, doing well....lots of yummy foods! You can eat meats, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds. Paleo like diet.
So far feeling good! Defiently was craving a Diet Coke yesterday but resisted! Can't have diet coke due to artificial sugars!
You're not suppose to weigh yourself during the program but I don't think I can resist the scale for 30 days!!!!!

Congrats..I have been amazed how steady weight loss can be if you cut out sugars, high carb foods and eat more sensibly - along with regular exercise. Trust me I have had my share of cheat days, binges, etc but still have been able to lose about 2 lbs per week. Good luck.0
