Setting Up Meals

I am new here, so please be patient.
Would someone be kind enough to explain how to set up a food? For example, my family likes to eat raw asparagus, with a bit of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper sprinkled over it.
Is there a place to add this as a "unit"? Or do I have to add each item individually and thus have to copy each item every time we eat it?
Please help.

Under the "Food" tab there is a "My Meals" and "Recipes" tab. You can select either one to import the ingredients you use and then label it accordingly to just add with one click later! Hope this helps and WELCOME!0
