It might be afternoon or evening for some of you.
I'm not all that new to the site, just to the forum. I found this place through a friend who recommended it to keep track of my calorie intake. Turns out, I can do so much more with it, and I love it. Sometimes I fail to use it but for the most part, I keep up with my calories/macros and keep my exercise regimen in check.
I started at least 6 weeks ago, working out again. I had never really stayed focused on any one particular workout, until now. I decided to stop running (which was boring, exhausting and hurting my knees) and to focus on jump rope. After 5 weeks of that, the definition in my body and my weight loss has been a dream.
I recently started IF HiiT and I'm loving that too. I feel completely different now than I did a week ago. I've even got abs now. It's a crazy feeling but I'm finally pleased with my body, even with all of the imperfections left behind.
Anyways, I'm just here to say HIIII, and hope to find other people to keep up with when it comes to health and fitness.
