Had VSG need support and accountability

Hi all I had VSG July 22, 2013, I have been at plateau for about 3 months. I need a friend that has had VSG and knowledgeable in how this works. Need to take off another 100 lbs. :)

    I initially had a lap band, when it eroded my esophagus and all the fluid was removed I gained a lot of weight back. I then had the band removed and had the VSG. I am maintaining 80 lbs lost and trying to lose the last twenty again. My initial weight loss surgery was 4 years ago, VSG was two years ago.
