I found this recipe on Skinnytaste.com and thought i would share. i plan on making it soon
Colombian Aji Picante
Gina's Weight Watcher Recipes
Servings: 20 • Size: 1 tbsp • Old Points: 0 pts • Points+: 0 pts
Calories: 3.2 • Fat: 0 g • Protein: 0.2 g • Carb: 0.8 g • Fiber: 0.2 g
Ingredients:
4 large scallions
1 tomato
1-2 small habanero pepper (scotch bonnet pepper would work)
1/2 bunch cilantro
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp vinegar
1 oz water
salt and fresh pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a small food processor and pulse a few times.

Sounds pretty delicious to me.....BUT
Might not be hot enough, with just habanero peppers.
A buddy of mine grows his own hot peppers and makes his own hot sauce.
His last one was delicious, and burned with the fury of hell.
He used 4 Trinidad Moruga Scorpian Peppers. Currently ranked #1 on the worlds hottest peppers.
ETA : I have been corrected, apparently now ranked #2 in the world.

Here in NY they have lots of Spanish supermarkets here and they have a pepper Called Aji that i was going to use. they are super hot!0
