I have done 58 days and loving the app on my phone,
its like a miracle when I go shopping and has saved me so many times I have lost count
I manage to be good all day then about 9 oclock at night I always crave something sweet,
I now have bags of frozen maltesers in the freezer (10 maltesers is 100 calories)
saves me every night
has anyone else got any ideas

I eat popcorn almost every night.
Or ice cream.
I love having ice cream before bed.
that's about it.
I need meat and veggies in my day or else. I'll die.0 -
I love ice cream. Love it! And chocolate. These cravings make their appearance usually in the late evening. For this reason I try and have a bag of Lindor truffles or Lindt individually wrapped squares on hand. A single truffle or square is about 40-60 calories depending on the flavor.
My real saving grace are frozen Snickers ice cream bars. Individually packaged 1 treat is 180 calories.0 -
My daily craving is being at my goal weight.0

on Friday nights I feel like I "deserve" a treat. So I have one. The good part is in years prior to losing weight or logging my food on MFP, my treat was more of a "cheat night" involving a restaurant dinner AND large dessert/sweet and/or alcohol. Now it's usually a small dinner at home and then going out for ice cream or cookies from a bakery...or something fantastic at a restaurant that fits into my calories.0

Oreo's and soda. I feel like almost everything else I eat is really healthy except for these damn oreo's and soda that I feel I MUST have.0

It's not really a craving, but I enjoy eating one Ghiradelli individually wrapped chocolate square pretty much nightly (unless I've had ice cream or cake or something). It's either 72% or 86% dark, or their Sea Salt Soiree. Ummm.0

Most evening, I crave a banana with peanut butter..LOL... Strange, I know. But I manage to save approx. 200 calories for 'that' craving. Just cuz it tastes SO good!0

I have never NOT wanted french fries at any time of the day. I can pass on sweets, but if it's salty or fried, I feel weak!0
