I've recently started working with a trainer, who figured out my macros and daily calories for me. I pre-log my food a day in advance to make sure I get as close to my macros as possible. The one problem that I am having is getting to my daily calorie limit. I'm supposed to have about 2000 on training days, and I get to about 1500-1800 or so. If I go any higher, then all my macros go above what they should be at. Anyone else have a problem like this?

That shouldn't -really- be possible, because your macros should add up to your total, in general. For example:
105 carbs: 420cal
50 fat: 450cal
120 protein: 480cal
Calories: 1350
Plus, it is okay to go over your macros. I generally go over a bit in protein and under a a bit in carbs, try to hit my fat as well.
ETA: That being said, you have to try to make sure you are picking accurate entries in the database (ones without * are the best, and if not those, check them against your labels for consistency), and also some items for whatever reason, the calories listed on the package don't add up right to the macros listed, something to do with net carbs or some other such BS.0 -
This is a good site for helping set your macros:

And this calculator has cool slider bars you can play with to dial in your macros based on given calories:
