So this is not my first time on MFP but it is my first time posting. I originally started working out and tracking in January and lost 16 pounds. Then, my trainer decided to have a baby and not come back to train, so I gained 9 of it back. I fell off the workout wagon because I didnt have the trainer motivation to help me keep on track.
I recently ( 2 months now) started working with a new trainer and am doing more weight training and crossfit and while I really am not seeing the results on the scale, I feel EXTREMELY stronger than before. I think that if I continue to bust it at the gym at least 3 days a week and track the right way, i should start to see results. Wish me luck as I am focusing on losing 50+/- pounds.
