How to log TRX RIP training?

I just did a 60 minute class today that was 100% RIP training. Not sure how to log it, as I usually do boot camp which uses TRX, bodyweight exercise, and calisthenics as "circuit training, general" however there were no cardio intervals for the most part. It was totally amazing how much I sweat and some of the heart rate boosts I got with not moving that much at all!

how was it performed? you did a set, stopped and rested, then did another? or was it like circuit training? or something different?
i guess it doesn't really matter, if you feel it was mostly resistance, i'd look up weight training, but you have to look it up under cardio, otherwise it wants you to put in sets/reps. if you log it as cardio you can just log the minutes.
judging by your description i'd assume you probably burned a little more then what it will tell you, but its all an estimate and that should be adaquet0 -
It was circuits. 5 circuits in the 1 hr with tiny rest breaks like 15 seconds or something between exercises and maybe a minute or two recovery between sets. It is definitely resistance training, reminds me more of weights, but at times my heart rate was way up so I think it burned more than lifting with breaks.
Great workout either way! I will probably use circuit training but I don't think it's as much of a burn as your average circuit training.0
