Pumpkin spice brownies!

I admit it....I'm a pumpkin freak! And now that its September that's totally okay, right?! RIGHT?!?!

1 box of brownie mix (recipe says "fudgy" kind but I'm all for getting your favorite)
1 can of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
¾ tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ cup white chocolate chips - I hate white chocolate so I used butterscotch chips!

One brownie that is 1/20th of the pan is 123 calories. Basically the pumpkin replaces all the oil and most of the egg and fat in a normal recipe. YUM YUM YUM!!

350 and about 18 minutes- they will not look super "baked" and may appear fudgey and chewier than normal brownies. The pumpkin makes the texture more moist than a typical brownie but I think its pretty tasty

I'm making these this weekend! Bought a fudgy brownie mix with a pouch of fudge...I'm assuming to throw that in there with the dry mix? I'm excited ☺
