Hi people,

I am finding it so difficult dealing with hunger pangs and fatigue lately. I am also plateauing (same weight for a couple weeks) which is discouraging.
I am interested to hear what people are eating that is low-cal high energy.
Got a favorite?

Jen

When I get REALLY hungry during the day I reach for either a handful of raw almonds (for the crunchy cravings) or a Fiber One Oats and Caramel Bar (for the sweet cravings...Taste like butterscotch) and then finish with a big glass of ice water.

    Protein and fiber...YUM
  • raw almonds or apples. If I need a low calorie food and I have the munchies I eat raw cabbage. I like it.
  • You want a filler? - EGG WHITE- salad

1-2 cups of greens (spring mix, iceberg, spinach - any green and leafy's)
    1-2 T croutons
    1 roma tomato
    1T bacon bits
4 egg whites (from 4 boiled eggs, yolks discarded)
1-2T hidden valley bacon tomato ranch (or any salad dressing you can calorically afford)

When I eat one of these salads, it keeps me waaaaay full.
    GL on keeping healthfully full!
