does anyone own this product? if so can you tell me if its effective and does it tone your body. I would like to purchase it but before hand i wanted to know what people on here tought of the product. Thanks.

    Ok if there is a product out there such as a shaper claiming to "TONE your BODY" I can Imagine it is a waste of money. Hard work and good eating will get you the body you want

    You'd be better served taking the money you were going to blow on this gimmick and hand it to a personal trainer who will educate you on things that will work, that you can apply on your own, helping you achieve your goal.
