Bugger! - I'm training for a 1/2 in October.. about to go on holiday to Spain and am side-lined by a calf injury (I've seen a sport physio and he applied healing hands (massage) and gave me some exercises - but said that time is the healer)... Age has it's price :-(these things just seem to take so long to repair these days)....
Anyway just venting ...
P.S I've decided I'm not too heavy ...... Just too short :-)

You certainly did the right thing going to a physiotherapist! Those exercises have saved me a lot of pain. I even saved each sheet diagramming the exact exercises for my varied injuries to a handy file. I seem to like injuring myself. Hmmm.
Spain with a bum calf. I believe this will call for some sangria, applied liberally. Repeat as needed.0 -
